I’m a weird dude with way too many hobbies — bowhunting, chess, jiu jitsu, meditation, movement, and podcasting, but for some reason, two have stuck around the longest: journaling and photography.
One for looking in, and one for looking out.
Both are desperate attempts to hold onto, and make sense of, this beautiful and tragically short life of ours. I daydream about spending my retirement processing negatives from a lifetime of shooting film. I hope to spend time on my deathbed reading the journals of my life, appreciating my time here, hoping for a life well-lived, fully used up.
By day I’m a product marketer at a B2B software company. Basically, I’m a translator who launches products.
At my core, I’m a communicator who finds joy in the practice. Writing, photography, and podcasting are the forms I’ve been compelled to engage with.
Thanks for checking out my work, I’m honored.
